these could easily be parents as well.

  • I miss him like the sun misses the moon and the stars in the sky that shine bright at night. I miss him even when I see him practically every day. I miss the friendship we ruined. We jumped and fell too fast and now nothings left. I used to come home and cry about it every day. The tears became a part of me that was released into the atmosphere. The tears were kind of like a secret I'd been holding in. When I let the secret out, it was release in something I used to hold close. I still cared about him every day, but every day, I cared less and less because he did. He never talked to me or anything. He swore we could be friends but we aren't. We live two totally separate lives and I guess it's best like that. But there's one thing for sure, I'll never stop missing him. I'll miss him like the moon and stars miss the sun. The fact about that is, I can miss him as much as I want, but he's never coming back, and wasn't fully there in the first place.
